Personal Information Statement Personal information on this form is being collected under section 28(2) of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MRF) for MRF’s dog licensing program. Your personal information will be used by MRF to contact you or one of your emergency contacts for matters related to your dog (eg: your dog is found and needs to be returned to you).
